How Manual Payment Confirmation Works

Manual payment confirmation helps TaxPly verify platform access payments while online payment options are being configured or when manual billing is enabled.

• TaxPly access payments are for platform access and unlocks.
• Official tax payments are separate and happen outside TaxPly.
• If manual payment is active, you receive bank or payment instructions.
• You submit payment reference or proof.
• An admin reviews the payment evidence.
• A confirmed payment unlocks TaxPly access.
• Payment History shows the payment status, related service, and rejection reason.
• If a payment is rejected, submit new payment proof from Billing or Payment History.
• Online Paystack payments, where available, are for TaxPly platform access only.

TaxPly access payments are separate from official tax payments. Official tax payments happen outside TaxPly.
