TaxPly is building data protection controls aligned with Nigerian data protection requirements. Use this page to request access, correction, export, deletion/deactivation review, restriction, objection, portability, or to raise a privacy complaint.
Authenticated requests
If you have a TaxPly account, submit the request from your account privacy page so the request is tied to your signed-in profile. Identity verification may still be required before sensitive tax data is exported or changed.

If you cannot sign in, contact TaxPly using the active support email, taxply@echiiostuu.resend.app, or the Contact Support page. TaxPly may require manual identity verification before acting on a request involving sensitive tax records, documents, billing records, or consultant-managed records.

Deletion and deactivation requests are reviewed before action. TaxPly may need to retain tax, accounting, payment, audit, security, consultant review, or legal records where applicable.
